Al was very welcoming and friendly but not at all in the generic sales manager kind of way his personality felt real which is a rare find. This review is exclusive to the SERVICE DEPT: These guys saved my life. They brought me in on minimal notice to replace my front tires (one threadbare). Aaron S. diagnosed a problem with the ball joints which could have led to total loss of a wheel. Justin S. found the replacement parts I needed in a pinch so I could make it to get my child from school that same day. When it comes to the precious cargo we carry, we can’t put a price on the peace of mind these people provide. I took my car in for inspection. The staff was courteous and professional. I ran into a problem regarding my registration, and they handled it for me promptly. They completed the inspection and had me on my way in no time.

We just bought a 2025 Kia Carnival from york Kia and I will absolutely be going back again for our next car. I have never been into a dealership that was so kind and willing to work with us to get us what we wanted. Every single staff member we encounter was kind, caring, and respectful. Antonio and Mike did everything they could to cause the sale to go smoothly and I cannot say enough good things about this dealership as a whole. I highly recommend them and thank them so much for our new car.

When this was York Kia I recommended it to everyone. But sadly after today and under these new owners I will NEVER take my vehicles there ever again. A bill that was once $115 now came out to $320!!! The amount they charge in labor is absolutely crazy! Over half of my bill was labor cost.. $22 to change filters! Something that takes literally 5 minutes tops... something that I could do myself but am scared to screw up my warranty! Unbelievable and never again at this dealership!

I brought my 2020 Kia Telluride in for an a/c condenser. The car has 63,000 miles on it and they refused to help get this covered under warranty. They said it was due to road damage and that they see a lot of this happen. If it is so frequent then this is a design flaw and should not be passed on to the customer. I realize it is up to Kia to decide but I felt they could've come taxted Kia and attempt to fight for the customer instead of telling me I needed to do that. I also had a quote from another place that they refused to match. Not a good way to try to keep customers. I won't buy Kia again.

We’ve been taking our 2021 Kia Soul to them for service and they have always been very honest in what was needed. Never tried to over charge or do extras that wasn’t needed. We just recently traded in our 2021 for a 2025 and we’re very happy with everything. They had to search to find the 2025 Kia Soul we wanted, and they came thru for us! My sales person Jason was phenomenal. I was buying my first new car. i purchased a 2025 k4 gt-line and he explained every little detail the whole time we were there. He was very kind and was not pushy in anyway to get me to buy a car during my search. Infact i didnt have that vibe there at all it felt like they were just guiding me and asking questions to make sure i had a good vehicle for my daily life.

The salesman, Marco F, explained all of the advanced features of the new vehicle model to my son, his first car. Marco really knew his product.
